Kansas State's Akela Jones and Texas' Ryan Crouser have been named the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association's National Athletes of the Week, thanks to their outstanding performances at the Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Championship this past weekend. Both athletes shattered Big 12 records and posted NCAA-leading marks in their respective events en route to the national honors.
