Texas Tech's Evans Tuitoek and Jocelyn Caro have been named the Big 12's Cross Country Runners of the Week for competitions taking place between Sept. 14-20. This is the first weekly award for both runners, and it is the first time the Red Raiders have won both the male and female awards in the same week since October 4, 2006.
