Dave Smith (Oklahoma State) and Andrea Grove-McDonough (Iowa State) have been selected as the 2014 Big 12 Cross Country Coaches of the Year, as voted by the league's coaches. Smith takes home the honors for the seventh-consecutive year. Grove-McDonough repeats in just her second year at the helm for Iowa State.
